Q: How secure is shopping with e-suen logo ?

Q: I have a user account with e-suen logo but forgot my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to Account Login page and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. You will be redirected to a "Forgot Your Passoword" page, please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with e-suen logo ). There will be a Password Reset email send to the registered email address. Please follow the instructions to complete the password reset process.

Q: I have a user account with e-suen logo, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?

Go to Account Login page, login and you can modify your account details there.

Q: Can I buy from e-suen logo without creating an account ?

Unfortunately no, we do not have the Guest Checkout feature.We strongly encourage you to create an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your Login ID (your email address) and Password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list?

You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link, the link normally placed at the bottom corner of a Newsletter. Once you unsubscribe successfully, your email address will be removed from from the mailing list.

Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

Yes, you can. However, there are terms and conditions for this. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information on this.
